Looking for something exciting to do, combing collecting, treasure hunting and helping amazing people do amazing things? Then look no further than the 31st FFA Perry Toy Show. An event that features a pedal pull contest for kids, toy dioramas and for the first time non farm based craft vendors!
In supporting the event, you are supporting the Perry FFA. Money from admissions and table sales go to the Perry FFA Chapter to support costs of sending kids to contests/state and national convention/other conferences. Money raised from concessions and raffles goes to the alumni chapter to provide scholarships to outgoing seniors. These funds help the chapter to enable their members to grow towards the FFA principals.
“I think the biggest thing is watching them become leaders. Some of these students who came into the program would have never even thought about speaking in front of a group or even within their small groups.” Nathan Snow, Perry FFA leader commented. “Because of the program, many are succeeding in contests at the state level, performing in the state talent/choir, and even some of the most quiet ones as freshman are now being elected leaders of our organization for the next year!”
You can help support the Perry FFA by going out to the Toy Show on Saturday March 23rd, running from 8:30am – 2pm at the Perry High School.
