Charles Franklin Chamberlain: Drawn to France
10/23 - 11/28 8am-8pm Olivet College
The Kresge Foundation Art Gallery is open to the public Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Born on June 12, 1871, in Webster Township, Michigan, Charles Franklin Chamberlain grew up on a sprawling family farm but was drawn to the arts from a young age. Encouraged by his mother, who also dabbled in drawing and painting, Charles honed his artistic skills while balancing farm duties. His early works showcased both his meticulous craftsmanship and passion for visual storytelling.

Olivet’s Tiya Feldpausch took first overall in the girls race at the CAAC White Jamboree in Lansing. We talked to her in our post race highlight.
